An icy world

Together with some visitors we were at the Ice Hotel outside Kiruna two times last week. Ice is a wonderful material, and what creative people can do with it is astonishing. Seeing how beautiful such a simple thing as ice can be makes me admire the Creator of all even more. The play of light with ice and snow in combination is wonderful. This frozen world is very special, and emphasizes the beauty of this cold land. This morning we woke up in a world where trees were covered with a thick layer of rimefrost, a blue sky. Maybe a symbol of how white and pure this world was ment to be.
